1. Acceptance of Terms

In short: by using EZBunny, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you create an account or use any part of the Service, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're signing up on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on their behalf.

2. What EZBunny Does

EZBunny provides online HIPAA awareness training, compliance tracking, and certificate generation for healthcare organizations and individuals. That includes interactive training modules, a compliance dashboard, automated reminders, and verifiable completion certificates.

3. Your Account

In short: keep your email secure, don't share your sign-in links, and you're responsible for your account.

• You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. We don't use passwords.
• Keep access to your email address. It's your key to your account.
• One account per email. Don't share your magic links or let others use your account.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

In short: flat pricing, no hidden fees, cancel anytime.

• We offer an annual subscription. Founder pricing is available for a limited time at $449/year; the standard rate is $699/year. Either way, your subscription covers up to 50 team members. The rate locked at signup applies for 2 years before transitioning to the standard rate.
• Every feature is included. No per-seat fees. No per-certificate fees.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you at least 60 days in advance of any rate change at renewal.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.

Refunds and Chargebacks. In short: contact us first, and we'll resolve it.

• EZBunny offers a 7-day refund window from the charge date for any reason. Email support@ezbunny.com and we'll review the request within 1 business day.
• If you have a billing concern, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve the issue directly.
• If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, EZBunny may pursue recovery of dispute fees and other reasonable costs incurred in defending the dispute.
• Stripe processes all payments and disputes. Stripe's terms and the bank's chargeback rules apply alongside ours.

5. HIPAA Training Disclaimer

This part matters. Please read it carefully.

In short: our training helps your team learn about HIPAA, but a certificate isn't proof of compliance. You're still responsible for your organization's compliance program.

• EZBunny training is for education and awareness only.
• A completion certificate shows that someone participated in training. It doesn't certify, guarantee, or prove compliance with HIPAA or any other law.
• EZBunny doesn't collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI). We're a training platform, not a system for handling patient data.
• Your organization is responsible for its own HIPAA compliance program, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and technical safeguards.
• Our training content is not legal, medical, or professional compliance advice.
• For guidance specific to your situation, talk to a qualified compliance professional or legal counsel.

In short: our training is for organizational compliance, not continuing education credit. It doesn't count toward your individual license renewal.

• Training is for organizational compliance only. EZBunny is not an approved or accredited provider of continuing education (CE), continuing medical education (CME), continuing professional education (CPE), or continuing legal education (CLE).
• Training certificates issued by EZBunny document completion of organizational compliance training; they do not satisfy individual license renewal CE requirements with any state licensing board, professional accreditation body, or specialty board.
• You are responsible for ensuring your team members meet individual CE requirements through state-board-approved providers as applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

In short: use EZBunny the way it's meant to be used. Don't break things or cheat.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or sign-in links with others.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or take apart any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that breaks any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Misrepresent who you are or which organization you belong to.

7. Intellectual Property

In short: we own the content and software. You can share your certificates, but don't alter them.

All training content, materials, software, and branding belong to Easy Synergy Corp or our licensors. They're protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your completion certificates are licensed for display and verification. You can share them with employers, auditors, and regulators. You can't alter, forge, or misrepresent them.

8. Limitation of Liability

In short: we provide the Service as-is. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you've paid us.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that the Service will meet your specific compliance requirements, that our training covers every regulation that applies to your organization, or that the Service will run without interruption or errors.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, goodwill, regulatory fines, or the cost of finding a replacement service.

9. Indemnification

In short: if your use of EZBunny causes a legal claim against us, you cover our costs, unless it was our fault.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Synergy Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any claim that your use of the Service led to regulatory non-compliance, unless that non-compliance was directly caused by a material defect in the Service.

10. Termination

In short: you can leave anytime. We can close your account if you break the rules. Your certificates survive.

Either of us can end this relationship at any time. You cancel from your account settings. We can suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms.

When your account ends, you lose access to the Service. You can request deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Certificates you earned before termination stay valid and verifiable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts in Illinois.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a significant change, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email (if you have an account) or by posting on our site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Free Tools

In short: our free HIPAA tools are educational, not legal advice, they don't collect PHI, and they come with no warranties.

EZBunny offers free, interactive HIPAA tools on our marketing site, such as our BAA decision walkthrough, cost calculator, and audit-ready scorecard. These tools give general educational information, not legal advice, and using one does not create an attorney-client or consulting relationship. What HIPAA requires depends on your situation and your state, so confirm anything important with a qualified attorney before you act. Do not rely on a tool or its report as your compliance program. The tools run in your browser and ask about your organization, not about patients. Please do not enter patient information or any protected health information (PHI) into them. We do not ask for or store PHI through the tools. If you give us your email to get a report, we use it to send that report and related follow-ups, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email.

The tools and any report we provide are made available "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZBunny and Easy Synergy Corp are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the free tools or their reports. Our total liability for any claim arising from the free tools will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
