Per-course providers charge about $20 to $29 per person, per course (publicly listed rates as of October 2026; see our comparison page). For a typical 5-course bundle, that adds up fast. EZBunny covers 20+ courses for one flat $449/yr for up to 50 team members.
EZBunny is not an approved or accredited continuing education (CE), CME, CPE, or CLE provider. This subscription is organizational compliance training and does not count toward individual license renewal hours. Consult your state licensing board for board-approved providers.
Common questions
Why is there only an annual plan?
Compliance is annual. Pricing should be too. One charge trains your whole team of up to 50, with twelve months of peace of mind.
What happens after 2 years at the founder rate?
At your second renewal, you graduate to standard pricing ($699/yr). We'll send you a heads-up 60 days before. Founder customers get priority on any future loyalty offers as a thank-you for backing us early.
How long is founder pricing available?
We plan to end founder pricing for new signups soon. We haven't set a public end date yet. If you sign up while it's available, your $449/yr rate is locked for 2 years.
What happens after the trial?
You're charged $449 for the first year. Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing > Manage.
What if I want to cancel after I've already paid for the year?
Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing > Manage. Your access continues through the end of the year you paid for, then the subscription ends. Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. After that, we don't offer prorated refunds for the rest of the period. After your subscription ends, your admins still have 30 days to sign in and download your training records.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. One flat fee covers up to 50 team members.
What if my team grows or has turnover during the year?
Up to 50 people, period. Normal growth and turnover are both fine. The 50 counts everyone who completes training during your plan period, which keeps things fair. For a regular practice that hires here and there, you have plenty of room. Most teams we work with never come close. If you do hit it, talk to us before renewal and we will work it out.
Which compliance training courses are included?
All 20+ courses are included: Privacy (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Telehealth), Safety (OSHA, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment Prevention), Technology (Cybersecurity, Phishing, AI Safety), Clinical (Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Control, TB Prevention), Patient Care (Age-Appropriate Care, Cultural Competency), Compliance (FWA, Ethics), and State-specific privacy law for California, Texas, and New York, plus Illinois health care violence prevention. Most courses include knowledge checks along the way, and every course ends with a final quiz. Pass and you get a certificate right away.
