Annual subscription

Under $9 per person per year. Per-course training runs $20 to $30 per user, per course; a typical practice needs 4-6 courses for full coverage. Full compliance platforms run $1,500 and up. Same compliance, dramatically less money.

Why is there only an annual plan?

Compliance is annual. Pricing should be too. One charge, your whole team trained, twelve months of peace of mind.

What happens after 2 years at the founder rate?

At your third renewal, you graduate to standard pricing ($699/yr). We'll send you a heads-up 60 days before. Founder customers get priority on any future loyalty offers as a thank-you for backing us early.

How long is founder pricing available?

Founder pricing is a limited-time offer while we grow our early customer base. We'll close it without warning once we hit our cap. If you sign up while it's available, your $449/yr rate is locked for 2 years no matter what happens to the offer.

What happens after the trial?

Your card is charged $449 for the first year. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

What if I want to cancel after I've already paid for the year?

Cancel from your dashboard anytime. Your access continues through the end of the year you paid for, then the subscription ends. We don't offer prorated refunds, but the 14-day trial gives you time to make sure it's right before any charge hits your card.

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. One flat fee covers up to 50 team members.

What if my team grows or has turnover during the year?

Up to 50 people, period. Normal growth and turnover are both fine. The 50 counts everyone who completes training during your plan period, which keeps things fair. For a regular practice that hires here and there, you have plenty of room. Most teams we work with never come close. If you do hit it, talk to us before renewal and we will work it out.

Which compliance training courses are included?

All 25+ courses are included: Privacy (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Telehealth), Safety (OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Workplace Violence), Technology (Cybersecurity, Phishing, AI Safety), Compliance (FWA, Ethics, Mandatory Reporting), Clinical (Infection Control, TB Prevention), and State-specific (CA, TX, NY, FL, IL). Each course includes knowledge checks and a final quiz. Pass and you get a certificate right away.
