No certification or guarantee
Results, scores, and documents are guidance, not a certification, audit, or guarantee that you are HIPAA compliant. "HIPAA compliant" is not a government certification that any tool can confer.

Verify with counsel
HIPAA obligations vary by your role, your data, and your state. Confirm anything you rely on with a qualified attorney before you act, especially before adopting a policy, destroying records, deciding whether to report a breach, or deciding whether you need a BAA.

Do not enter patient information or any protected health information into these tools. We do not ask for or store PHI through them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZBunny and Easy Synergy Corp are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of these tools. Our total liability for any claim arising from the tools will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
